Over 12 years of experience personal training working with bariatric patients, Type I and Type II diabetics, CHF, COPD, and many other chronic diseases. I greatly enjoy working with senior patients to best improve day-to-day functionality focused on improved mobility.
5 years working at Eating Recovery Center in Chicago having started and ran their exercise program. Working with Binge Eating Disorder (BED) primarily, but also worked with anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa patients. Many of our patients had trauma, anxiety, and/or depression histories. I am trained in trauma informed care.
